Qasar Younis

Kevin Hale and Qasar Younis explain how YC office hours work and advise founders to know their numbers, bring a specific problem, and act on prior feedback. In the Zifi discussion, they challenge whether students value company culture enough to use a startup-focused job marketplace and urge the founders to validate demand with students. In the VY discussion, they focus on turning retail foot-traffic data into actionable value and shortening the path from paid pilots to broader adoption. In the Screenpush review, they show how unclear messaging and signup friction can obscure a product, and recommend watching new users try it firsthand.
