Better Than Imagined Fairy

Katia Verresen teaches a year-end reflection ritual: map the year month by month, connect goals to outcomes, identify strengths developed, and imagine a letter from the future. She explains inner power as the ability to pause, check what you need, and restore physical, emotional, mental, and creative energy before making decisions or leading others. The talk encourages people to notice when scarcity or self-judgment is narrowing their choices, then use imagination and small experiments to explore a more energizing North Star. Verresen also describes using ChatGPT to create self-hypnosis stories and introduces an AI companion for the year-in-review ritual.
