Cindy Mi

Cindy Mi describes how her experience as a teacher shaped VIPKid’s mission to connect children with great teachers and engaging learning experiences. She explains how the company found product-market fit by starting small, measuring student outcomes and engagement, and iterating on its content and platform. The talk also covers creating value for both students and teachers, preparing for growth, and building a global team from day one. Her advice to founders is to keep customer and student success at the center of daily decisions.
