Bellabeat pregnancy self-tracking device and app

Urška Sršen explains how she and her co-founders turned an idea for remote pregnancy monitoring into Bellabeat, a consumer wearable and app. The talk shows how building from a healthcare provider’s perspective led them to rethink the product around expectant mothers’ motivation and emotional needs. Sršen also describes navigating Europe’s fragmented startup scene, moving to the United States through Y Combinator, and growing the company through customer feedback and hard work. She credits Bellabeat’s progress to a strong team, resourceful execution, and learning to build with limited support.
